Rabbi Moishe Winner, born and bread in Brighton Beach, currently serves as the executive director at Chabad Neshama.
Rabbi Moishe is passionate about teaching Jews the value of Jewish life in a fun and interactive way. His vision is to create a home away from home for men, women & children in our Russian American Jewish community.
His worldwide travels in various communities like Nigeria, Cuba & Argentina, has given him a broader understanding of diverse people that he inculcates in his life mission to creating a stronger community in south Brooklyn.
