Originally from Mexico, where her family serves as Chabad Shluchim, Jana, wife of Rabbi Mendel, and mother of two, is the co-director of Neshama teen programs and Chabad Young Professionals.
Jana has always been deeply involved in serving the Jewish community. Inspired by her upbringing, she developed a passion for helping others and continuing the mission of spreading light, love, and assistance to the Jewish community.
After spending a year studying in Israel and gaining valuable experience working at various Chabad centers around the world, she married Rabbi Mendel Winner.
Together with their two children, they moved to Brighton Beach, where she is excited to be a part of this vibrant community. She focuses on creating engaging programs and meaningful experiences for teens and young professionals, fostering a sense of connection and belonging.
